🇪🇸 Spanish Language Open Day

Thinking about learning Spanish, improving your Spanish, or simply finding out where you might fit in?

Come along to our Spanish Language Open Day — a relaxed chance to meet us and find out more.

Our new 3-week mini term

Our next short term will begin on Monday 12th October.

We may also run additional classes on Sunday afternoons/early evenings and Tuesday evenings, depending on interest. So, have a think about which days and times you might be able to commit to around these dates.

Classes are £48 for all 3 sessions, with a maximum of 10 students per class.

Payment and booking will be through our online booking platform. Once we have a better idea of how many people are interested and what levels we have, we'll set up the classes for you to register and book.

All course materials are provided — we simply ask you to bring a pen and paper so you can organise your studies with us.

Finding the right level

We're never going to get the perfect level for everyone — but we really do try!

That's one of the reasons we run our courses in short 3-week bursts. We don't want you to commit a lot of money to a long course if the level isn't quite right. At the end of each 3-week course, we'll have the opportunity to assess how things are going and, where possible, move students between groups if we think another level would suit them better.

A new course will start shortly afterwards, so you won't be locked into one level for months on end.

Please note: At the moment, we are not offering Advanced or Conversation classes.

What we're hoping to achieve

Our aim is simple: for you to learn, improve, meet like-minded people and, most importantly, enjoy learning Spanish.

Jen and I are both really passionate about teaching and genuinely love what we do. For me, it's been over 20 years of teaching Spanish here, and I still get a huge amount of enjoyment from it.

Can't make the Open Day?

That's absolutely fine. We can send you an assessment paper which will help us get a better understanding of your current Spanish level. From there, we can advise you on which class we think would be the best fit.

We don't yet know exactly how many people we'll be welcoming on the evening, so please bear with us while we work things out. The bar will be open, which should make the evening a little more relaxed!
