I love the Albariños, beautiful characteristic intensities with aromas of citrus and fresh grass. It's a unique, bold and elegant wine from the hills of Galicia.
This is a 2018 priced at £12.60
These Rueda wines are fantastic and I always think you should serve them with fresh fish. They're bright pale with green hues in colour and remind me of tropical fruits with just a tad of citrus hints.
It's a 2018, priced at £8.95
I've been told by Andrew Stewart my wine supplier for the last 14 years, and one of only 390 Masters of Wine worldwide, that this wine is now drinking well. This white Rioja is complex with a velvety finish, well structured and a refreshing acidity.
Sold at £9.80
For me Jumilla is an undiscovered gem of a wine region and when I began importing wines in 2003, I found there were some very tasty and complex wines being produced and yet at the same time nobody had heard of Jumilla. Renowned for their very high altitude vinyards this young unoaked wine has pure intense bramble and plum fruit, it's wonderfully smooth to quaff.
We sell at £8.50, why not give it a go!
Priorat (Cataluña) One of my all time favourite wine regions, just great and this one is no exception. It's a big mature red fruit with a mineral scented nose. Soft, fruity on the palate with good concentration, has complexity, elegance and length and will match with all red meats. Will drink well over the next 3 – 4 years but I suggest you open it for Christmas.
Priced at £14.40
Ribera del Duero wine is one of the most prestigious wines in Spain. Red wines made with Tinto Fino variety grapes, with highly complex aromas, fine on the palate and with a great storage capacity. This 2018 vintage is a great wine with strong tannins, balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Yours for £12
If you're after a classic Rioja there's no finer specimen. This 2017 Crianza has amzing raisiny berry aromas reflective of a hot, dry vintage. It rests for 18 months in American oak pulling up the flavours of a traditional Red Rioja

El Goru. This fantastic red had always been a guest wine at El Rincón, when I can get it!. It's warm with a big, inviting nose of blueberry pie, coffee and vanilla. It's a big, powerful and long sumptuous blend of Monastrell, Syrah and Petit Verdot from the Spanish DO of Jumilla. Aged in American oak for 4 months.
Amazing value at £11.80
I worked in a vineyard for 6 months in the Priorat region, helping to pick, make and taste their fizz. Not a bad profession at all! The cava we sell in the bar, therefore has had to come up to the mark and this Gran Reserva has all the intensity, flavours and bubble release one needs.
It makes a fine pop at £18.50
