Cracking new acoustic jazz quartet featuring Sophie Stockham on tenor saxophone, Pete Judge on flugelhorn, Chris Jones on double-bass, and Matt Brown on one of the world's smallest drumkits. Expect tunes by Thelonious Monk, Johnny Dyani, Joshua Redman, and loads more.

Rincon favourite & maverick guitar hero Neil Smith (This Is The Kit, Milon, The Brackish, etc) brings his new instrumental trio with truly exceptional drummer Matthew Jones (Zun Zun Egui, The Brackish, etc) & bassist Pete Gibbs (Bloom Collective, Count Bobo, etc) back to the Tapas Tardis. Expect energy, angularity, and shards of genius. Don't miss.
Thurs Nov 21st:
Multi-instrumentalist from Bristol, specialising in fingerstyle
guitar and pedal steel. Her style, rooted in the tradition of
fingerstyle greats such as Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, combines with
echoes of a musical upbringing steeped in the likes of Tom Petty and
Paul Simon to create a set of carefully crafted arrangements that
reads as an homage to a diverse collection of musical heroes.

A much-needed burst of authentic musical sunshine from
singer/percussionist Cathy Jones’s sparkling bossa-nova duo with the
mellifluous Tristram Cox on guitar.
SUN NOV 24th: JOHN PEARCE AND AMIGOS, 3-5pm
Brand new compositions from singers Molly King and Elly Hopkins and guitarist Stuart Oliver, presented in quartet with violinist John Pearce. Expect originals born out of a love of swing, blues, folk and soul, blissful harmony vocals and a helping of unaccompanied Bach from Rincon's resident virtuoso.

Sefrial, Orphic, etc) with keyboardist/multi-instrumentalist Ruth
Hammond (Hopkins Hammond Trio, etc). First-rate jazz/funk/beyond from musicians of top calibre.

A great night in prospect, with this Hereford-based acoustic quartet
combining a unique mix of instruments (accordion, fiddle, guitar &
Trinidadian steel pan) to produce a foot-stomping sound. Traditional
& contemporary styles from classic French accordion to Klezmer, with occasional dips into ska and Irish folk along the way.
Thurs Dec 5th:
Bristol vocalist Michaela Fedeczko has worked alongside top musicians
in a variety of projects all over the country and overseas. For this
duo appearance her glistening soul vocals will be complimented by the
wonderful sound of Dale Hambridge on keyboards, performing a mixture
of her own compositions plus a carefully-chosen set of classy old
Soul, Jazz and catchy Pop arrangements.

CARTER CREAVEN DUO
Double-guitar duo featuring two of our regular performers. Holly
Carter is a stylish fingerstyle & pedal steel guitarist who mixes
jazz, country and Americana. Lewis Creaven is a dazzlingly
quicksilver singer-guitarist. Together, they reinvent pop & jazz
tunes, and country & bluegrass classics. Excellent!
